Discovery & Requirements Gathering
We run structured workshops with your operations and finance teams to document your current RMH setup, BC environment, store locations, GL structure, and business processes. We produce a formal Solution Design Document that defines exactly what will be built.
BC Configuration & Integration Setup
Our consultants configure Business Central for your retail structure and deploy the x2x RMH BC Cloud integration in a test environment. All data flows are built, all field mappings are validated, and initial integration smoke tests are completed.
Data Migration & Parallel Run
Historical data is cleaned, transformed, and loaded into Business Central. We run a parallel period where both systems operate simultaneously — confirming that live data flowing through the integration matches expected results before cutover.
User Acceptance Testing
Your team tests every scenario in the integration: sales posting, inventory sync, PO processing, inter-store transfers, pricing updates, and EOD financial reporting. We track and resolve every UAT finding before go-live approval is granted.
Go-Live & Hypercare Support
